The Pöttinger screw compactor with its powerful technology in use for compacting bulky cardboard and large volumes is part and parcel  of the Pöttinger product range. After fifteen years and lots of satisfied clients the mission for developing the machine was simple: make a good product just better.

The new control not only corresponds with the current safety standards but is also equipped with an innovative touch terminal which makes operation and evaluation of the filling level essentially easier. The filling level is now indicated in 5% steps instead of the 75% full lamp.

The intake system was completely remodeled and is now considerably more efficient at taking in bulky carton (e.g. Ikea cardboard pallets). Even with difficult material bridging can be prevented. So the safety for the operator can be ensured. As a further advantage the pikes can be extended on customer’s request.

Furthermore the steal construction was optimized to  ensure an even better material flow.
